The initial browser-native PocketStack release.

PocketStack v1.0.0 established the product: a Go CLI plus browser runtime that converts browser-compatible Docker Compose projects into static, browser-native demos that run entirely in a browser tab — no server, runner, or Docker daemon at demo time.

Subsequent releases hardened and refocused this foundation; see v1.0.1 for the first release-grade build.
